Vapor Point’s On Demand Vapor Control system was developed in response to the Fence Line Monitoring protocol issued by the EPA.
The system is deployed on fix coned roof tanks or internal floating roof tanks and operated within safe engineered design pressures of each AST that they are deployed. The system utilizes pressure in the tank to operate the system, allowing it to turn on as pressure builds and motivate the vapors through a VaporLock scrubber until the pressure on the tank reverts back to the design set pressure. This allows the system to only operate when needed and removes the need for a continuous control technology. These systems are designed for the absorption of Benzene that is detectable by the Fence Line Monitoring systems that have been deployed through the EPA.
