Jeff St. Amant, the CEO, and one of the visionary founding members of Vapor Point, brings over 20 years of experience in the environmental field. With a diverse background spanning refining, petrochemicals, paper, pipelines, terminals, specialty chemicals, oil and gas production, and commercial construction, Jeff has established himself as a seasoned expert in the industry.
Throughout his career, Jeff has developed exceptional technical expertise, specializing in the development of innovative solutions to address contaminant removal from air, water, and hydrocarbon fuels. His passion lies in helping clients achieve compliance and product quality goals while overcoming the challenges posed by evolving environmental enforcement initiatives.
As a hands-on CEO, Jeff thrives when he collaborates with Vapor Point's Team and clients to devise unique, out-of-the-box, and cost-effective environmental solutions. Through his leadership, the Vapor Point Team develops tailored strategies, ensuring that clients receive the most effective and efficient outcomes for their specific needs. This sets Vapor Point apart.
In addition to his role at Vapor Point, Jeff is a member of YPO (Young Professional Organization) and serves as an active board member of framergy, Inc. and LATX Operations, LLC. These engagements further exemplify his commitment to staying at the forefront of industry advancements and driving positive change.
Jeff holds a BS in Environmental Management from the University of Houston and an MBA from Tulane University. To continuously enhance his knowledge and expertise, he actively participates in executive education programs offered by prestigious institutions such as the University of Chicago, University of
Michigan/KPMG, as well as YPO's extensive continuing education programs.

Sean Kirkpatrick is a highly experienced industry veteran with over 30 years of expertise in the environmental sector. As the Chief Operations Officer at Vapor Point, he possesses a deep understanding of managing air emissions, remediation, water filtration, tank cleaning, and geo construction. Throughout his career, Sean has worked across various industries, including refining, petrochemical, paper, specialty chemical, upstream oil and gas, and more, gaining a comprehensive background in environmental management. He holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from Louisiana Tech University.
In his role at Vapor Point, Sean collaborates closely with clients to develop and implement innovative vapor control systems that ensure regulatory compliance and protect workers. With a focus on both day-to-day applications and large-scale maintenance and turnaround events, his responsibilities extend across a network of five national territories throughout North America. Sean oversees the deployment of vapor treatment and thermal desorption technologies, enhancing gas products in the upstream and midstream sectors.
With his extensive knowledge and expertise, Sean Kirkpatrick plays a pivotal role in Vapor Point's operations, driving successful execution and delivering top-notch solutions to clients. Mark Pugh holds the position of Chief Strategy Officer at Vapor Point and has been an integral part of the company since 2014. His primary responsibility is shaping and steering the company's direction, ensuring a clear and consistent approach to growth and innovation.
Mark’s track record spans 33 years. He is deeply versed in the nuances of the equipment rental and service sectors. His expertise primarily lies in serving the industrial, refinery, and upstream markets, sectors which demand both precision and strategic foresight.
Before his pivotal role at Vapor Point, Mark served in a variety of executive positions with BakerCorp, a leading global firm recognized for its market leadership in the liquid containment, pumps, and filtration services. Mark’s previous leadership positions included VP Operations, VP of Europe, and culminating as the EVP Operations.
In his current role at Vapor Point, Mark is not just an executive but a visionary. He's committed to pushing boundaries, whether it's expanding the company's geographical footprint, diversifying its product offerings, or refining its operational processes. His leadership continues to drive Vapor Point rapid growth and market diversification.

Don Alford is a highly accomplished sales and marketing leader renowned for his ability to seize market opportunities, drive business expansion, and exceed sales quotas. With exceptional communication and leadership skills, he consistently delivers outstanding results and builds strong business relationships.
From 2009 to present, Don serves as the Senior Vice President of Business Development and partner at Vapor Point. He successfully manages a sales force, expanding the company's brand recognition throughout the United States. Don strategically developed key accounts, ensuring a stable revenue base. He also cultivated high-level relationships within the refinery industry, facilitating top-down selling by the sales team. Throughout his tenure, he created compelling presentations and literature to effectively promote Vapor Point's services.
As one of the founders of Saber Technologies from 2008 to 2009, Don played a pivotal role in the development of new scrubber technology. He secured multiple MSA contracts to establish a revenue base while overseeing research and development activities. Collaborating with state regulatory authorities such as TCEQ, he successfully implemented scrubber technology into MSS (maintenance, start-up, shutdown) programs. Eventually, Don marketed and sold Saber Technologies to Vapor Point.
During his tenure as the Director of Sales and Marketing at IMACC Distributers from 2006 to 2008, Don focused on introducing new laser VOC detection equipment, FTIR’s to the market. He collaborated with government offices, including TCEQ, to establish monitoring protocols for fence-line monitoring technology. Don also secured contracts with various private & government entities for the sale and maintenance of the equipment.
As the VP of Sales and Marketing at a start-up, Continuum Chemical, from 2004 to 2006, Don utilized his industry-wide relationships to build an innovative brand through effective marketing strategies and exceeded revenue expectations with his comprehensive market approach.
From 2000 to 2004, Don served as an Industrial Investor/Consultant. He provided seasoned insight and direction for several emerging industrial companies and held positions on the Board of Directors for various companies. His strategic investments and guidance contributed to the growth and success of these ventures.
In 1994, Don co-founded S&S; of Texas, specializing in industrial cleaning chemicals. Over the course of five years, he grew the company from its inception to its successful harvest in 1999. Don established and maintained numerous gulf coast industrial accounts, oversaw operations, and built a sales team to manage the Houston and Corpus Christi markets. Under his leadership, the company quickly established a regional footprint that still exists today.

His expansive knowledge encompasses a wide array of specialties, including tank cleaning, liquid-solid separation, remediation services, dewatering, specialty chemicals, and petrochemical cleaning.
Jim plays a crucial role in driving the company's sales strategies. Passionate about aligning short-term tactics with long-term objectives, Jim's primary goal is to ensure customer success. He strongly encourages his team to challenge conventional approaches, diving deep into the customer's challenges and devising solutions that deliver maximum value.
In his role as Executive Vice President of Business Development and Marketing, Jim thrives on innovation. His strategic vision and industry knowledge enable him to create ESG-focused solutions that consistently exceed customer expectations. With Jim's leadership, Vapor Point builds lasting partnerships and delivers high-quality, sustainable services, driving unparalleled success in the environmental service industry.
Outside his executive responsibilities, Jim invests his time in serving the community as an active member of the Lions Club. He also relishes his hobbies of auto racing and golfing, creating an opportunity to enjoy quality time with clients, friends, and family. On weekends, you'll likely find him tinkering with engines alongside his two boys or practicing his swing on the golf course with his oldest son and friends.
Jim studied Construction Management and Business at Louisiana State University before founding his first company in Baton Rouge, LA. Brad Davis, Executive Vice President of Projects & Engineering, is a seasoned professional with an impressive 25-year track record in project design and management across various industries, including refining, petrochemical, chemical, pulp & paper, and utilities. His expertise spans from working in publicly traded corporations to being a key member of a successful startup that underwent multiple acquisitions.
Having commenced his career in the chemical cleaning field, Brad has leveraged his extensive experience to lead Vapor Point's Project Management and Engineering team. His mission is to understand clients' challenges and provide tailored solutions to address their environmental needs effectively. Alongside client-focused responsibilities, Brad plays a vital role in identifying and training high-potential operators for specialized project management roles within Vapor Point. He also spearheads the implementation of Vapor Point's Best Practices Program, ensuring the company maintains its commitment to excellence.
As a subject-matter expert (SME), Brad's influence extends across both the Sales and Operations teams, supporting their endeavors. Despite being based in the Geismar, LA office, Brad's influence is not confined geographically. He leads Vapor Point's technical offerings across the United States and Canada, spreading his expertise and driving the company's growth.
Brad holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Management Systems from Louisiana State University, which provides him with a solid foundation in addressing environmental challenges.

Meet Paul Anderson, an esteemed professional in thermal vapor control solutions and environmental process engineering. As the Vice-President of Thermal Solutions at Vapor Point since March 2021, he expertly manages engineering, compliance, finance, and operations. Paul successfully integrated a best-in-class thermal combustion equipment services division, overseeing design and construction. He provides invaluable technical support to customers for degassing and vapor control. Moreover, Paul leads recruitment and training for vapor control managers and technicians, while collaborating with senior leadership to drive growth and project execution excellence.
Previously, as President of Industry Environmental Solutions from March 2019 to March 2021, Paul delivered engineering consultative services to diverse industry partners, tackling complex environmental challenges.
As the Founder and President of GEM Mobile Treatment Services, Inc. from March 1994 to February 2019, Paul managed all aspects of the business. He grew the B2B industrial services company to over $30 million in revenue, fostering a high-performance team and cultivating top talent. Paul drove operational excellence, collaborated on private equity transactions, and led industry-leading engineering innovation. He also oversaw environmental compliance management and established key partnerships with Fortune 100 oil and gas companies. His strategic marketing and collaboration with private investments accelerated growth and enhanced operating margins.
Paul holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Oregon State University and a California State Contractor A License. He has presented at prestigious conferences and published articles on vapor control and wastewater treatment.
